Production Team
Opera Siam’s production is a veteran of sixty stage productions over almost two decades, in addition to dozens of concerts, chamber music events, and international tours. Khunying Patama Leeswadtrakul serves as Honorary Patron of this production.

Somtow Sucharitkul, the first Asian to win the European Cultural Achievement Award in 2017, is artistic director of Opera Siam which he founded in 2001 and known as a novelist and composer. He has won numerous awards for his work, from the World Fantasy Award to the Golden W from the International Wagner Society.

Trisdee na Patalung was listed as one of the world’s “ten conductors to watch” by the Italian media. He is not only a fine conductor of Mozart and Puccini operas, but has been music director of many Broadway-style musicals, most recently Little Shop of Horrors at the M Theatre.

SIAM SINFONIETTA
The Siam Sinfonietta has been Thailand’s cultural ambassador all over Europe and North America, performing to standing ovations at the Berlin Konzerthaus, the Golden Hall of the Musikverein in Vienna, the Prinz Regententheater in Munich, Carnegie Hall, the Disney Hall of Los Angeles, and the Emirates Palace in Abu Dhabi.
This orchestra has made numerous recordings and is particularly well known for its Mahler interpretations, its “Epic Star Wars” concerts and for its groundbreaking fusion performances alongside Pod Moderndog and Bodyslam.
The orchestra has won five first prizes in international competitions — every competition in which it has participated. It was founded by Somtow Sucharitkul using the innovative “Somtow Method”, which fast-tracks young musicians into world-class careers.

ผลงานของออร์เคสตร้าเยาวชนวงนี้ได้รับการบันทึกเสียงหลายครั้งหลายคราโดยเฉพาะศักยภาพในการถ่ายทอดดนตรีอมตะของกุสตาฟ มาห์เลอร์ คอนเสิร์ต The Epic Star Warsกับการบรรเลงเคียงข้าง ป็อด เดอะโมเดิร์นด๊อก กับ บอดี สแลม
สยาม ซินโฟนิเอตต้าชนะรางวัลที่หนึ่งในการแข่งขันระดับนานาชาติมาแล้วถึง 5 รางวัล – หรือทุกรายการที่เข้าร่วมแข่งขัน ผู้ก่อตั้งวงดุริยางค์เยาวชนอัจฉริยะวงนี้ได้แก่ สมเถา สุจริตกุล ผู้ใช้หลักการสอนนวัตกรรมรังสรรค์ขึ้นใหม่โดยใช้วิธีของสมเถาหรือSomtow Methodซึ่งเป็นทางด่วนซึ่งนำนักดนตรีเยาวชนไปสู่ความเป็นความเป็นนักดนตรีอาชีพระดับโลก
